Why I’m Uniquely Qualified

I bring a depth of business experience to the process. I have twenty-eight years corporate experience in sales, marketing and leadership development–nineteen with the world’s leading risk services firm where I served as a managing director on the senior leadership team. I understand the language, needs, issues, and confidential concerns of executives up to the highest levels.

I have coached myself to a leadership
position.
I worked my way “up the ranks” to land a spot as one of the top one hundred female executives at a firm of 33,000. Triumph over my own leadership challenges has given me numerous insights and tools to share.

I have been recognized in the community for my ability to embody and teach leadership. I was recruited by the New York City Chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women to serve a three-year term as president where I coached hundreds of women in the insurance industry to develop leadership skills. I led a team in rebuilding Marsh’s NYC World Trade Center marketing practice after September 11, 2001 where within fifteen months we restored profitability while guiding colleagues towards healing. I was inducted into the NYC YWCA Academy of Women Achievers for my transformational leadership ability.

I am certified as an Executive and Organizational Coach by New York University. I am also certified in a neuroscience-based approach to coaching and is an adjunct faculty member in NYU’s executive and organizational coaching certificate program. I am also certified in a neuroscience-based coaching model through the NeuroLeadership Group and am an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC).

My coaching model is a solution-focused, self-directed learning model heavily informed by systems science, psychology, change principles, philosophy, learning theory, and contemporary neuroscience.

I understand the language, needs, issues, and
confidential concerns of executives up to the highest
levels.

The courage to take a stand, to be your stand in the world, is at the heart of coaching and leadership. To succeed in corporate America requires taking a stand for one's values, one’s life and for what is for the greater good. So seldom are senior executives rewarded for belonging to themselves first and the company second.
