Each coaching partnership begins with a three-month commitment simply because change happens over time. While much can be accomplished in a single session, time is needed to integrate new habits, fully implement plans and realize goals.

Custom Assessment Tool

An assessment tool can be crafted to meet the corporation’s needs and sent to five to eight stakeholders. It includes the collection and summary of data as well as presentation of that data in a one hour meeting to the leader.

Monthly Reports

There is a range of reports—from brief to in-depth—to the company sponsor. Reporting can range from simply documenting percentages of each goal achieved to a narrative of actions fulfilled towards meeting each primary goal. All can be supplemented by a monthly debrief phone call as to the efficacy of the coaching engagement.
